What is the payment deadline for the ordered products?

1. The payment deadline for the ordered goods is 7 days from the date of acceptance of the order for processing.

2. If one of the payment methods listed above has been selected, you have 7 days to make the payment from the moment the order is accepted for processing.

3. After this deadline, we send an e-mail notification about the possibility of making the payment within an additional 3-day period.

4. Failure to make payment within the additional deadline will result in automatic cancellation of the sales contract.

I selected payment by card in my order, but the payment was unsuccessful. What should I do?

If your payment card payment was unsuccessful, you have the option to return to payment. In the order confirmation you received by e-mail, you will find a link that will allow you to go back to the payment gateway and make a payment. If you are a registered customer, you can also pay by logging in and viewing your orders. If you need additional help, please contact us and our advisors will be happy to help you.

If you encounter difficulties with automatic payments, you can also pay to the account number provided.
